- About Me:
- I am a teacher, author, and holistic health life coach incorporating body, mind, heart and spirit. One of my specialties is weight control.
I do sessions via telephone all over the world.. A couple of years ago, I retired from teaching at the high school level and felt grief over letting go of teaching. However, I realize that I can teach the rest of my life--YAY!!!
- What kind of Energy Healing are you familiar with?
- I use Emotional Freedom Techniques to help people align with their Essence. I use affirmative prayer, and seeing everyone as Whole and Complete. I use visualization, breath, affirmations, and the Law of Attraction (the teachings of Abraham/Hicks).
