Before i am not like this, i usually get my meditation as routine.
Until someday i get my throat chakra work strongly, and i can heard a sound with man voice in 2 years ago.
The sound intimidated me to do this and like this. Finally i asked my friend who know and understand about the spirit, he told me that spirit follow obey from his master ( Middle East ) want make my mind incorrect. It' was happend until half year.

To our lovely earth

we living in our lovely earth now and forever, until the end of the day.
so take care and get the benefit from the earth, such we can get the energy for healing.

The proses is simple.
Take a meditate, concentrate to our breath inhale and exhale.
After several minute you try feel the different, can feel the rhythm of our breath, outside our body, and around you. This situation we call it by aware.
