I know that hard times and situations are good to release and develop our inner force, and i also know that here is another way for spiritual growth, without problems and dangerous situation. In my practice "negativity" is this kind of energy and spirits wich create barriers for human spiritual growth, and if a person is strong enough, she or he can overcome barriers and go forward. Helping people I burn energy/barriers wich person can't overcome, and help to overcome what they have to pass. Each of us has his part of work. Power and Light in your life!
