I have had a few health issues, but I had no problem letting them go. But several days before these words, I had something come back to me; and then a couple days later I got an invitation to this group.

I was introduced to a Reiki "energy shield" in a meditation CD set I have. The irony is that my "energy shield" that I imagine looks very similar to the group icon picture. So, here I am.

I think I need to shake off the negative thoughts that come up every time I think about the pains. I need to focus on feeling better and better.
